Mantys is a new type of electric powered golf cart for one person on which the rider stands rather than sits. Recently demonstrated at the Munich Golf Show, it is powered by 2 x 500w motors which enable it to handle 20 degree climbs. Rather than using a steering wheel or a handlebar, Mantys is controlled by shifting your weight in ski-ing like movements which produce a unique ride experience. Designed with a range of 36 holes in mind, it has a top speed of 12mph and uses turf saving tyres to avoid wear on the golf course.
