Green golf balls

Playing golf and remaining green can be a difficult balance to achieve, especially if you end up in the water more times than on the fairway. Apparently it can take over a 100 years for a golf ball to decompose naturally and its estimated that over 300m balls are lost in the US alone. The Ecobioball developed in Spain degrades completely within 48 hours to reveal an inner ball of fish food. These balls however can only be used for practice as they are too light. If a  high quality ball with the same environmental properties could be made just think how green golf could become.
