Pavin picks Woods, Johnson, Cink and Fowler for U.S. Ryder Cup team
United States Ryder Cup captain Corey Pavin announced his four captain’s picks in a press conference at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday morning, going with three seasoned veterans and a 21-year-old rookie without a victory on Tour.
Tiger, Fowler among Ryder Cup picks
Tiger Woods is going to the Ryder Cup as a captain’s pick with his 71 tour victories and 14 majors. Corey Pavin also selected Rickie Fowler, Stewart Cink and Zach Johnson for the U.S. team.
